Design
Design plays a fundamental role in achieving exceptional quality. Walker Family Construction believes that designing and building are integrated in many critical ways. We have a team of people who will work with you to help realize your vision. We can guide you through the process from conceptual design to completed construction.
Build
Our project management team supervises every stage of construction, organizing the job, creating timelines and coordinating the process to complete it on time and on budget. Over the years, we’ve developed relationships with the area’s very best subcontractors. Whatever your situation and desires, we work hand-in-hand with you, so your dream doesn’t get lost in the building process.
Our Team
Founder, president and lead home designer, Bill Walker started Walker Family Construction in 1986. He is the first person clients meet and he enjoys talking to them about their dream project. Our company is committed to integrity and quality in every project we undertake.
From the initial conceptual stages through the final phases of construction, clients interact with team members directly — we’re available to answer your questions, make your changes and address your concerns throughout the process.

OUR UNIQUE PROCESS
We manage both the design and construction of building and remodeling projects which provides continuity throughout the process. This saves you time and money and you get to choose how much or how little you want to be involved.
CONSULTATION
Our design coordinator will listen to your ideas and overall goals for the design and completion of your custom home or remodel. This gives you a chance to learn more about our process, our products, and our team.
DESIGN
As we assemble your building or remodeling team, we will add an architect, designer or engineer as needed and start working together to bring your concepts and ideas to life on paper. The first step will be to develop a simple conceptual floor plan for your project based on our initial meeting.
CONSTRUCTION
After the contract price has been approved, we will execute the construction contract and collect a deposit. With this signed agreement, you can then finalize your financing while we obtain building permits. After financing has been approved, you will meet your project manager and review all specs prior to construction!
